Help us engage community leaders and partners to form task forces that address key competitive factors including housing production, talent attraction, industrial spaces, logistics cost, Montana natural gas transmission capacity, and opportunities to grow health/bioscience industry cluster. Looking for a star with demonstrated achievement  in community development, collaboration, and project management. Requires excellent writing, computer, and communication skills. Live in the Great Falls area on the Missouri River along the Rocky Mountain Front and work with a great team! Salary range is $55,000-65,000 with excellent benefits, professional development, growth opportunities, and flexible work environment. EOE. Food and Agricultural Processing Industry Specialist

Dynamic, self-motivated professional sought to join our passionate, creative, fast-paced, results-driven economic development team. Help us to attract food, ag and bio-processing companies to invest in new facilities in our region, and to attract reinvestment from existing companies. We’re looking for natural salesperson who thrives on reaching out and meeting new people. This is a Business Attraction Specialist focused on expanding food/beverage/ingredient/bioscience businesses in the Great Falls Montana Region. Experience in supply chain management for food/ingredient/beverage/bioscience manufacturing and/or sales experience, and cold calling would be helpful but not required. We require someone who likes reaching out to new people, asking questions, learning, and working hard. Involves identifying potential companies to target for attraction, developing compelling business cases and proposals, developing relationships with target companies, and securing their commitment to invest in new facilities. Also involves strengthening relationships with existing companies in our region, providing services to existing businesses, and securing reinvestment to expand facilities. Requires excellent writing, computer, and communication skills. Live in the Great Falls area on the Missouri River along the Rocky Mountain Front and work with a great team! Salary range $50,000-65,000 with excellent benefits, professional development, growth opportunities, and flexible work environment. EOE.
