Accelerate Your Startup: GrowthWheel

This four module, 12-hour course will take your pre-venture or early stage startup from idea to launch. We use the GrowthWheel visual toolbox and online platform to focus on four elements of business: Business Concept, Organization, Operations, and Customer Relations.

Who Should Join

Pre-venture businesses and entrepreneurs are those that have yet to formally launch. These businesses are still in the planning stages and likely have already developed an idea for at least one product or service, but have not put together the resources or formally organized the business yet.

Early stage startups are businesses that have formally organized and have begun selling their initial products and services. Most businesses are considered early stage for the first one to three years of operations. This is the time when the most learning happens, the most errors occur, and according to the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)’s Office of Advocacy, roughly 20% of businesses fail.

What to Expect

Over the course of four, three-hour modules, we will work through the four primary elements of the GrowthWheel model, it’s visual toolbox, and online platform, to address your concept, revenue model, competitors, employees, processes, legal issues, financials, funding, branding, sales strategies, marketing strategies, and how to engage your network.

  • Cost: $50 for all four modules
  • Cohorts are broken up into 8-12 participants, in a highly confidential setting.
