Montana COVID Stabilization Grant Reporting FAQ

We’ve been fielding a lot of questions lately from businesses regarding the Montana COVID Stabilization Grant Reporting that is Due January 30. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions. Top Questions

When are reports due? 
Stabilization Reports are due January 30 on Submittable.com

What is the time frame for eligible expenses?
Covered expenses can run from March 1st to December 30th. Any money not spent by 12/30 must be repaid. (see submittable report for repayment method)

We already submitted some what do we do now?
All Stabilization Grant Funds need to be submitted on the same form. If you submitted before you received the final funds you will need to resubmit your form. If you are having trouble contact Nathan Reiff – 406-403-4937

Where is the form?
To Access the form go to the following website.

https://manager.submittable.com/login

Login using the email and password you used to complete the grant.

After logging in click on “Submissions” at the upper left by the “Submittable” logo.

then on “Forms”
And the blue “Continue” Button

Read directions carefully and complete all required fields.

For Date Awards Funded Enter the date of the initial award if you received an initial award and a second award from the Business Stabilization Grant Program. This is the date your application was Accepted [status on your submissions page].

Make sure your total spent funds match your total award!

Your funds spent should mirror your submitted “Budget Form Template”. Though variations on amounts or other allowable expenses are permitted.

Make sure to keep all your records of expenses in case you are audited in the future.
