September 25, 2020 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 am

The new challenges of working remotely can present daily stress that effects your staff. On September 25 at 8 AM GFDA is partnering with Stop the Stigma in a work force focused session on COVID-19 and Survival of the Quarantined: Workplace Stress and Wellbeing. This session, presented by Erin Butts, will increase your strategies and tools to aid your employees.

Erin Butts was born and raised in Bigfork, MT.  She graduated from Carroll College, Helena and attained her Masters of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Montana School of Social Work.  She works in the capacity as the Mental Health Coordinator for Great Falls Public Schools and has extensive training and experience in the areas of trauma and behavioral health.  Erin and her husband are also small business owners of an HVAC corporation. During this unique time of COVID-19, Erin has been providing ongoing support to parents and staff in the Great Falls community through various virtual means. Her unique perspective, training and experience brings a real-world approach to the unprecedented realities our local workforce now faces.

Curious to see how these projects pencil out?For each of the vision projects we have project analysis that includes Project Descriptions, Cash Flow Projections, and Rent Roll Summaries.
