CEO roundtables that use the PeerSpectives methodology provides a confidential environment for participants to discuss sensitive issues — in their business and personal lives. Roundtable participants say they receive ideas on everything from marketing strategy and financial issues to dealing with difficult personnel problems. The roundtables also create accountability for oneself and strong bonds among group members.

PeerSpectives® is a unique roundtable system designed especially for leaders of second-stage companies. PeerSpectives® enhances leadership abilities and improves decision-making. These roundtables, which typically involve only 8 to 12 business executives, provide a confidential forum where participants can share challenges and experiences — and enhance their capabilities.

What to Expect

In second stage, company founders are trying to shift from being entrepreneurs to leaders. This is no easy task because leadership is about influencing the behavior of others. Our certified PeerSpectives facilitators lead discussions and enable entrepreneurial education, on a variety of leadership topics, including:

  • Managing change
  • Understanding temperament
  • Building a management team
  • Thinking like a futurist
  • Keeping employees engaged

Kayla Storlid
Kayla’s Custom Cleaning

Kayla is CEO of Kayla’s Custom Cleaning. She credits the PeerSpectives process for altering how she approaches problem-solving. “I’ve always been a fast decision-maker,” she explains.

“Although I’m comfortable with that, I’ve learned there’s value in slowing down. Now I can sit on a problem for several days instead of wanting to solve it right away. It’s amazing how your subconscious mind works, even though you’re not aware of it, and enables you to see more pieces of the puzzle.”
