The Great Falls Development Authority is formed as a non-profit 501 (c) 3 governed by a 44-member board comprised of community partners and our private investors. We have a 16-person staff, having grown from 9 people four years ago. Our mission is to grow Great Falls, Montana. We assist with business planning, business expansions, project funding, brownfields, entrepreneurship and most recently, talent attraction.

Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Environmental Consulting Services

In May 2021, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded a Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Grant to the Great Falls Development Authority, Inc. (GFDA). This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by GFDA. The intent of this RFQ is to request technical qualifications from qualified environmental consulting firms (Respondents) interested in providing environmental oversight services to the GFDA. The GFDA plans to qualify one or more Respondent(s) that meet the threshold and selection criteria outlined in this RFQ.
