GFDA will provide an overview of the Catalyst Redevelopment Project and community members will have an opportunity to share their ideas and vision for how the property could be redeveloped.
The goal of the Brownfields Catalyst Redevelopment Project is to provide market-driven, financially feasible redevelopment concepts for at least five (5) sites in Cascade County that can be used to attract private investment in impactful redevelopment. We are interested in creating visualizations and roadmaps for redevelopments that would attract private investors to produce market-rate housing, a conference hotel, an events center, or other uses of vacant spaces or parking lots – properties that have been hindered by potential contamination from hazardous materials.
