Lisa manages duties related to the originating, processing, and closing of loans. She is also responsible for producing reports for public and private loan capital sources and maintaining compliance with our funding sources.

Shannon directs our Great Falls Regional APEX program, which offers resources, training, networking opportunities, and timely advice that can help you strategically position your business for success in the government market on local, state, and federal levels.

Jake connects with businesses across the region to ensure they have access to the resources they need to succeed and keep succeeding – including access to vital COVID-19 business recovery resources.

Nicki leads our downtown Great Falls, Montana business development efforts.

Brett is responsible for implementing GFDA’s strategic plan, marketing the Great Falls region, managing our staff team, and strengthening relationships with our investors and partners.

Anna focuses on supporting food, agriculture, and bio processing businesses in Great Falls. She also leads the Food and Ag Development Center.

Madysan leads all marketing & communications efforts for GFDA’s menu of services, as well as talent attraction and Livability Magazine. She is GFDA’s storyteller and strategic marketer.

Jenn leads our investment efforts, connecting with businesses that want to see the Golden Triangle economy grow by investing in Great Falls Development Alliance’s mission.

Rich is a business advisor through our SBDC, providing coaching and training services to regional businesses and entrepreneurs.

Tracy is responsible for performing various administrative duties to support smooth daily operations of GFDA.

Jill oversees all the lending processes from underwriting, processing, closing, and servicing for internal loans as well as SBA 504 loans. She also maintains and strengthens GFDA’s relationships with our lending sources and partners.

Christian focuses on attracting new businesses to the Great Falls, Montana regional economy.

Deb directs our Small Business Development Center initiatives.

Christian is a business advisor through our SBDC, providing coaching and training services to regional businesses and entrepreneurs. He is also responsible for our Brownfields program, dispersing EPA-received funds to assist in the expansion, redevelopment, or reuse of properties throughout Montana.

Jolene is responsible for helping businesses grow and expand in the Great Falls region and recruiting new businesses to our region.

Jana handles all of our accounting, human resources, and office management responsibilities.
