GFDA Helps Havre Business with Government Contracting Assistance
Deb’s Cleaning – Contract Help & New Award
GFDA’s APEX Accelerator helped Deb Otto, owner of Deb’s Cleaning LLC in Havre, with a critical contract payment issue caused by an expired registration.
Deb faced challenges renewing the registration due to a missing record. The Federal Service Desk couldn’t fix it, so the Contracting Office with the Bureau of Reclamation referred her to GFDA’s APEX Accelerator team for assistance.
After a month of work and multiple workarounds, the GFDA APEX Accelerator team successfully resolved the issue. The Contracting Officer confirmed that the business owner will receive her overdue payments, and the small business was awarded a new contract starting on August 1st.
